Winemaking: No Malolactic Fermentation Time on lees, 12 months 2nd & 3rd Fill Barrels, Unfiltered Natural fermentation

Tasting notes: Notes of Marmalade, quinces, apple pie and spice on the nose. Complex and full. The fruit follows through onto the palate which is textured and layered with complexity.
